Description:

No less than 5 years experience
Roof coating
Roof patches and repairing damages
Inspecting the roof structure to determine the best course
Measuring and cutting materials to make sure they fit snugly around vents, gutters, and walls
Transporting all equipment and materials safely to job sites
Assembling ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment safely as needed

Good verbal communications skills

Keeping the work area safe and clean

Be willing and able to follow directions and instructions from others as directed

Have a basic writing ability to complete required paperwork such as Timecards, Sign-in sheets,
Safety sheets, etc

Understand basic MSHA/OSHA safety requirements

Be able to lift and handle no less than 50 lbs. on a constant basis throughout an 8-12 hour
workdays consisting of days and nights

Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and grip throughout shift

Demonstrate the willingness and ability to understand and learn skills required by others.

Dress in appropriate construction clothing, long pants, shirts with sleeves and steel-toe boots
with defined heel

Able to get to work with dependable transportation

Able to stay on task and follow through with assignment

Follow company safety policies
