City of Phoenix, Cesar Chavez Park
The City of Phoenix Cesar Chavez park project is a Job Order Contract (JOC). Green Tanner Industrial is responsible for procuring and installing all electrical equipment, all site electrical utilities and site lighting. Green Tanner Industrial is the electrical subcontractor on this project.
Site Lighting for Whitewing Master Plan Community
GTI provided and installed 25 streetlights with over 13,000 feet of trenching, conduit and wiring for this site lighting project. GTI was also responsible for the installation of a 2,000KW generator, a concrete pad, and a shade canopy. The project was completed by GTI’s site lighting technicians.
Atwood Commercial Buildings
GTI was the prime contractor on this Design Build ground-up facility for Atwood. GTI constructed a 12,500 square foot building, the scope of which included Civil, masonry, concrete, glazing, HVAC, electrical, fire alarms, fire suppression, and interior finishes.
